Vladimir Vasiliev
Subtle Movement - Part 1 (Instructional Segment)
‹januari 9, 2025
Systema is all about subtlety and here's your chance to learn it.
In this full feature film Subtle Movement - Part 1, Vladimir demonstrates solo, pair, and group drills to develop... the skill of moving subtly.
This includes walking softly, understanding the zones of tension, adjusting your speed, keeping your strike anticipation and emotions under control, and knowing how to recover from impact.
