When you master knife control yourself, you will be able to see it easily on the attacker
Knife identifies the psyche of the knife user and the knife will also predict the way they will conduct the fight
If you see the knife in someone’s hand, you have about a 50/50 chance to run away
If you didn’t see it, your chances to survive are much smaller

Drill: Vladimir will give you 3 minutes to do 30 push ups
Spread them the way you like it, make sure that you gain power as you do it
