Systema breath work is a like a multi-level workstation of unlimited functionality.
The goal of this class is to practice application of breath sufficiency, half way breathing and other breath practices to improve physical and psychological potential.

Breathe Cycle

Breath Cycle consists of inhale, exhale and the transitions such as breath holds
There are 4 levels of deepness of breath:
– Upper (apical breathing)
– Middle
– Lower
– Full breath
